Super Smash Bros ALLIED (OOC/Discussion Topic)

I had a dream.

An RP that has no point. No multi-dimensional plot. No complex systems. No special rules. A bloody free for all where all men are equal in their fists, where people could RP and decide once and for all who was the best of the best. A tournament, of sorts. Today, I wish to try and make this dream into a reality!

There is no real plot other than the following - There's a tournament being held to decide the best of the best.

There are no rules besides the obvious no godmodding/powerplaying, and a character limit of two characters per person.

SO WHO'S IN?

Obviously, we can't let those who have two characters can't end up having those two characters end up fighting each other, so there has to be an even number of people with dual characters.

Well then, count me in with Zeru Kaito

Python will be happy.

I think this could be a perfect opportunity to test out my latest character. It's named... Xenos. I've thought about its mechanics, and I've figured out how it's going to work. The perfect test drive.

I'll be co hosting but I might throw someone else in there. I'll definitely throw in a host character.

Eh fine, I'll put in with Meriah Anshin.

He's apparently awesome at investigation, let's see how good he is with straight forward combat.

Okay so I'll have Solune (my warlock villain) host this thingy alongside any other character you got if you've got one hosting as well Dr. Feelgood. I might make Solune fight but for now I'll just stick to hosting.

Yeah, I'll have Ryuuki as both a host and participant, while my second character will be strictly a participant. Though I may have to be rid of him, 'less someone else comes in with two characters.

How many total are there right now? ....... 9.

XD In a tournament my chances of losing increase. But okay. Bookman, just not every form. It's all for fun after all.

10 characters, but only 9 combatants so far, since Kev hasn't decided whether or not Solune will be fighting or remaining strictly a host.

I don't think I'll make him a combatant... we can wait a little and if we don't get anyone I guess I'll slot him in.

In the meantime, if anybody else is going to be submitting a second character, this weekend would be the time to do so. I hope to get things rolling by Sunday or Monday.

Oh, and just a heads-up... I'm counting my character, Xenos, as two characters. Reason? It's technically two-in-one. Seeing as how this is a completely brand-spanking-new, unused character, nobody knows about its abilities and whatnot yet, and I'm saying this now so that I don't get accused of pulling everything but the kitchen sink outta my ass as I go.

Depending on how Xenos functions, he may count as one character. If it's just "There's a voice in my head that talks to me/sometimes takes control" he counts as 1. If he likes splits in two or is two people, he's 2 characters.
